These Terms & Conditions govern all orders, dealings and use of this website in connection with Parivar Traders, operated by Rameshbhai Bhagvanbhai Chaudhari, at the New APMC Market Yard, Bhabhar Nava, Banaskantha, Gujarat. By placing an order, contacting us or using our website, you agree to these terms.

Product descriptions on our website are for general information. Actual quality, size and grade may vary slightly by season and are confirmed at the time of weighing.
Rates for Bajri, Papdi and Cattle Feed follow the prevailing APMC market rate on the day of the transaction and are confirmed verbally or over WhatsApp/phone before an order is finalised. Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to market fluctuation.
All goods are weighed on certified scales at our shop. We take reasonable care to supply quality Bajri, Papdi and Cattle Feed, but natural produce may have minor variation in moisture, size or grade, which is standard for agricultural commodities.
Orders may be placed in person, by phone or via WhatsApp. Payment terms (cash, advance or on-delivery) are agreed at the time of order. Bulk orders may require partial advance payment as mutually agreed.
Where delivery is arranged, timelines depend on quantity, availability and transport. We will communicate any expected delay as soon as we are aware of it. Local pickup from our shop at the Market Yard is also available.
As our products are perishable agricultural commodities and cattle feed weighed to order, cancellations must be requested before the goods are weighed and packed. Once weighed and handed over, goods are not returnable unless there is a genuine quality or weighing discrepancy, which should be reported immediately.
We are a GST-registered business (GSTIN: 24BCXPC3169G1ZF) and issue invoices for transactions as required by applicable tax law. Please share your GSTIN if you require a business invoice.
Parivar Traders is not liable for losses arising from delays, weather conditions, transport issues or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our liability, where applicable, is limited to the value of the specific order in question.
